Suzanne was born in the south of France on the outskirts of Marseille. She has also lived in Trieste, Italy, New York and St. Louis, Missouri. She now resides in Naples, Florida. All of her work is handcrafted in the United States.

ATTORNEY PROFILE:

Mark R. Esher is an attorney who represents only federal civil service employees and employees of the U.S. Postal Service. He is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (BS 1975), the University of Kansas School of Business (MBA 1980), and the University of Kansas School of Law (JD 1990). Mr. Esher is admitted to the Kansas and U.S. District Court Bar. He also holds a USCG Chief Officers License (oceans unlimited tonnage), and he recently completed thirty years of active and reserve service with the U.S. Navy (Captain USNR). In addition to working many years alongside military, mariner and civil service employees of the U.S. Department of Navy, Military Sealift Command and DOD, Mr. Esher has been in private practice representing individual federal employees facing performance, discipline and discrimination difficulties for over fifteen years.
